Christmas Card FAQs

By Michael

What do the cards look like?

These are the carious designs:

When will I get my cards?

We’re aiming to get cards made and delivered by the first week of December. cards will be mailed by second-class postage, so should be with you a few days after they are sent. But please be aware that postage delays can happen over the festive period, so please be patient.

If you haven’t received your posters by the 10th of December please contact us at christmascards@38degrees.org.uk to find out the status of your order.

Please note cards will not be shipped outside of the UK

Are the cards free?

Yes, the cards are free because we want everyone to be able to take part – our democracy works better when more of us are involved! However, if you’re able to do so, it would be great if you could chip in to help pay for cards for people who can’t afford to. Each pack of cards costs us around £3.50 to make and post, you can make a secure donation here.

Can I get a pack of cards in another language?

Unfortunately, we are only able to provide cards in English at this time.

Are the cards eco-friendly?

The cards are made from recycled stock. The cards can be recycled domestically.

I want to order another pack of cards for a friend, family member or a community centre, how can I do this?

You can use this form to order another pack of cards – here. Please do chip in to cover the cost though if you would like to order more than one!

I haven’t received my pack of cards yet, where is it?

If you haven’t received your cards by the 10th of December please contact us at christmascards@38degrees.org.uk to find out the status of your order.

I’d like to share a photo of my cards!

We’d love to see your cards on display! Please share photos with us: christmascards@38degrees.org.uk (and if you do this, we might share your photo on social media, and other media work, unless you ask us not to) or Tweet @38degrees using the hashtag #CardsForChange23

How big is the card? What’s its size?

The cards are roughly standard size. Specifically, it’s 148 mm x 210 mm
