Richard is the Finance & Operations Partner of Switchback. It is unlikely that 38 Degrees would ever trade with Switchback.
Richard is additionally a board member of Doteveryone, a think tank championing responsible tech for a fairer future, and Farm Africa USA, an innovative charity that reduces poverty by unleashing African farmers’ abilities to grow their incomes in an environmentally sustainable way. No commercial relationship with 38 Degrees would be envisaged with either of these organisations.
Oluwabukola (Buki) Obayiuwana
Buki provides management consulting advice at Baringa Partners LLP, to a wide range of organisations predominantly within the Private Sector. Buki is additionally Treasurer and Parochial Church Council Member at St John the Baptist Church Erith, and Director at Baringa Partners LLP, a mid-sized full service Consulting firm, where she acts as Head of Finance Transformation Practice for Insurance clients and People Lead for the Insurance sector. No commercial relationship with 38 Degrees would be envisaged with any of the organisations that Buki is involved with.
Peter Tyson
Peter is also on the board of The Hub Kings Cross. This is a community made up of social businesses addressing challenges both locally and globally. 38 Degrees may, on occasion, use the Hub’s venue for hire however it is unlikely there would be a conflict of interest with 38 Degrees.
Peter is additionally a board member of Belu Water, a social enterprise that donates all its profits to Wateraid.
