What is the 38 Degrees Trust?
The 38 Degrees Trust is a charitable company limited by guarantee incorporated and registered in England and Wales with charity number 1139325 and company number 07038751.

Charitable objectives
The 38 Degrees Trust funds charitable work – such as community-led projects, research, and education – which furthers our core values of fairness, sustainability, and respect for everyone who calls our country home.
The Trust has its own board of trustees and sometimes gives grants to 38 Degrees Ltd for work that fits our charitable purposes.

Gift Aid
