NHS Hospital closure clause: Petition hand-in

This afternoon, 38 Degrees members’ 159,000 strong petition was handed in to former health minister, Paul Burstow MP. He and other government MPs should be in no doubt now that the hospital closure clause (Clause 119 of the Care Bill) is a dangerous attack on our NHS, and we want it stopped.
It looks like the vote will come down to the wire tomorrow. With more and more MPs, from across the parties, coming out in support for a key amendment to fix this nasty clause.
